Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:
- Free Shipping — Available on eligible standard orders
- Standard Shipping — $45.00 AUD flat rate
- Parts & Accessories — $10.00 AUD flat rate
Estimated delivery times within Australia: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.
International Shipping
We ship to 27 countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, France, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and more.
- International Shipping Rate — $200.00 AUD flat rate
Estimated delivery times: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country and customs processing.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through our carrier's tracking portal.
